Tom was the former President and Owner of Arthur-Blair Associates in Boston, MA where he worked as a mortgage banking recruiter for over 30 years. He was also a former Treasurer of the MA Association of Personnel Consultants. Son of the late Vincent and Mary E. (Lyons) Phinney. Brother of Marie Oser of Roslindale, Kathleen Phinney of Milton and the late Paul V. Phinney, John M. Phinney and Louise Shanahan. Brother-in-law of Marietta Phinney of Hyde Park and Richard Shanahan of Marion. Also survived by many loving and caring nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Elizabeth Church, Milton, Saturday, August 22nd @ 11 o'clock.
