Lynn began her professional career at Maritime Packers before joining Michelin. Later, following her retire-ment from Michelin, she worked at the Pictou Legion. Lynn was best known, though, for her skills as a seamstress. For many years, few weddings or proms took place in Pictou without dresses made by Lynn. She was predeceased by her father, Clayton Dinham; her moth-er, Claire (Wiggins); her husband, Burton. Lynn is survived by her daughter, Susan, of Bayview; her son, Dan (Michelle), of Lyons Brook; her brother, Gary, of Ottawa; beloved grandchildren, Jeff, Katy, Gabriel, Raine, and Kael. Lynn will be especially missed by Patsy Quann, her best friend for more than 50 years and by her dog, Misty. Lynn's family is grateful to the doc-tors and nurses in the Palliative Care Unit of Aberdeen Hospital for their kindness and compassion . Vis-itation will be held on Friday, May 9, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in McLaren Funeral Home, Pictou. A memorial service will be held in the same lo-cation at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 10.
